The Iowa Storm Water Education Program exists in cooperation with the Iowa Stormwater Partnership.  The ISWEP mission is to provide educational resources and guidance to member communities about storm water management.  This information is then available for local stakeholders to make informed decisions on urban water quality policy and programs.

The Iowa Storm Water Education Program assists cities and universities required to provide public education through their NPDES permit.  The membership program provides technical information and educational materials, creating a uniform message delivered throughout the state that saves members both time and money.
