The landscape of the profession of
landscape architecture is forever changing, evolving, and
growing. This conference will help to prepare
professionals and students to navigate these changes by
addressing emerging trends, technologies, and theories of
the practice. Some topics could include: green and
sustainable technology and project management;
environmentally friendly product usage; business and
education for design-office employees; how companies can
stay ahead of the curve and create new projects; computer
technology and production of presentation and construction
documents; and the importance of urban and open space
environments in the 21st century.
